Coach-Led Group Fitness in Altamonte Springs, FL
All Group Fitness Classes are Coach led and follow a planned progression for approximately 60 minutes, and include a warmup as well as instruction and form correction for each movement. All workouts can be adjusted based on your experience and fitness level.

Our HIIT fitness classes combine cardio, boxing intervals, bag training, and weights to give you a total body workout. Increase your stamina, strength, and endurance while burning fat!
